NanoBio500covers a full wavelength (190- 1000nm) UV-VIS spectrophotometer, which is self-designed by Optosky with 20-year. Micro spectrometer plus Hamamatscu pulsed xenon lamp, full spectral output and is capable of measuring DNA,Protein, RNA. NanoBio500 is compact with complete functions of three modes: micro-method,cuvette method andfluorescence method. Nanobio500 is auto-ranging, which can adapt to a wider concentration range and realize fully automatic measurement. NanoBio500 adds a cuvette mode for traditional cuvette detection, with its own temperature control and mixing functions. The fluorescence detection mode increases the lower limit of sample detection, resulting in strong specificity and high sensitivity.
