The ATFD100 fully automatic food safety rapid detector is a specially designed fully automated testing instrument to increase testing throughput, reduce the workload of testing personnel, and protect the health of testing personnel. The system uses a high-precision sampling pump, anti-corrosion sampling needle, A fully automatic food safety rapid detector developed using anti-corrosion fluid pipes and combined with the latest fluid control technology.
ATFD100 can detect up to 44 samples at a time. All measurement processes, including reagent addition, temperature rise, sample switching, etc., are all programmed and completed automatically. After the measurement is completed, a buzzer alarm will sound.
ATFD100 uses an ultra-long-life solid-state light source with a trouble-free working time of up to 10,000 hours. It has the characteristics of high reliability, ultra-high speed, low cost, and high cost performance, and can be adapted to online testing.
ATFD100 uses a specially customized highly integrated solid-state light source that integrates 410nm, 460nm, 520nm, 550nm, 590nm, and 630nm in a very small space, which can meet various measurements of pesticide residues, pigments, fertilizers, fruits and vegetables, milk, tea, etc.
ATFD100 uses a customized version of the high-security Android operating system, has USB and serial communication interfaces, and can be equipped with an optional 4G communication module, which can directly report the measurement results to the supervisor;
