Optosky's general fluorescent quantum efficiency integrating sphere has three openings, namely, the light incidence port, the sample port and the light exit port. The light incident port is provided with a collimating mirror to collimate the excitation light source to the sample, and the light exit port is provided with a built-in baffle to prevent the incident light from exiting directly. The commonly used sample port is equipped with sample colorimetric blood stent, which can be used for the measurement of liquid, powder, film and other samples.
