1.1Test object, purpose, tool
Test instrument:ATR3110-785-35、ATR8300-1064、ATR6600-1064
Wavenumber range: 200-3500cm-1, 200-2700cm-1, 200-2500cm-1
Test sample: see Figure 1 insulating oil, insulating paper
Test purpose: test insulating oil, insulating paper, and return map data
1.2Test Method Flow
ATR3110-785-35: After connecting the instrument to the computer, place the sample in front of the standard probe, manually focus the sample, adjust the laser power and integration time for testing.
ATR8300-1064: After connecting the instrument to the computer, place the sample on the stage, focus the sample manually, adjust the laser power and integration time for testing.
ATR6600-1064: After turning on the instrument, aim the probe at the sample, adjust the laser power and integration time for testing.

ATR3110-785-35, the specific collection results are as follows:

4.in conclusion
According to the above test results, it can be seen that:
ATR3110-785-35: It can measure the Raman characteristic peak of insulating oil, and the peak is obvious. And the insulating oil strength B>C>A can be obtained through the graph. However, large fluorescent packets appeared when testing the insulating paper, and there were no obvious characteristic peaks, so ATR8300-1064 was used to test the insulating paper.
ATR8300-1064: It can measure the Raman characteristic peaks of insulating paper, and the peaks are obvious. And through the spectrum, it can be concluded that the strength of the insulating paper is D>B>C>A. But the Raman characteristic peak of the insulating oil cannot be measured, and the ATR6600-1064 is used to test the insulating oil
