    In the grain industry chain, indicators such as moisture, protein, amylose, and fatty acid content are directly related to the processing quality and nutritional value of grains. Traditional testing methods often involve cumbersome sample preparation and experimental procedures, which are time-consuming and inefficient. This not only affects the pace of grain collection and distribution but can also lead to quality assessment errors due to testing delays, increasing operational risks for enterprises. There is an urgent need for a fast, stable, and accurate testing tool to meet the demands of high-volume and high-frequency sample testing.
    02  Case Study
    Recently, the IR2300 Near-Infrared Grain Analyzer was successfully deployed at a local grain quality inspection center, enabling rapid testing of parameters such as moisture, protein, and amylose in grains.
    The IR2300 Near-Infrared Grain Analyzer operates within a broad wavelength range of 570nm to 1100nm, capable of sensitively capturing spectral information from grains. It quickly and accurately analyzes parameters such as moisture, protein, and amylose in rice, as well as moisture and fatty acids in paddy rice. Simply pour the grain sample into the instrument—no complex pre-treatment is required—and results are available within 30 seconds.
    The customer deployed the IR2300 during grain collection to rapidly determine moisture and amylose content, significantly improving detection efficiency at the collection site and avoiding delays caused by manual waiting or data lag. During grain distribution, the IR2300 is used for quality re-inspection and stability control, effectively helping the enterprise mitigate quality risks.
