Optosky & ALTI GROUP Xiamen Meeting
On July 2–3, 2026, the Xiamen headquarters of Optosky Photonics Inc. welcomed a delegation from ALTI GROUP (alti-group.ru), a renowned Russian engineering and trading company. This visit not only showcased Optosky’s latest achievements in Raman spectroscopy but also marked a substantial step forward in bilateral cooperation in the Russian security protection and industrial inspection markets.

01 About ALTI GROUP
ALTI GROUP is a leading provider of security protection equipment and integrated solutions in Russia, serving government agencies, state‑owned enterprises, and top industrial players. The company boasts deep market channels and project experience in security screening, hazardous material identification, and industrial quality control.
02 About Optosky Photonics
According to the CIE tristimulus value calculation model, by measuring the spectral reflectance of the tea leaf surface, color information is converted into quantifiable X, Y, Z values in the formula above.
03 Showroom Visit and Live Product Demonstrations
During the visit, the ALTI GROUP delegation toured the Optosky Xiamen showroom and witnessed live demonstrations of three core Raman products, all of which received high praise:
- ATR6600 Handheld Raman Analyzer
Featuring a 1064 nm excitation wavelength, the ATR6600 delivers outstanding fluorescence suppression, making it ideal for rapid on‑site identification of high‑fluorescence substances. Weighing only 1150 g, it incorporates a 5.5‑inch HD capacitive touchscreen, a 13‑megapixel camera, and multiple connectivity options including 4G, GPS, Bluetooth, and Wi‑Fi, with an IP‑68 dust/waterproof rating. It can quickly detect drugs, precursor chemicals, explosives, gemstones, pharmaceutical raw materials, and pesticide/veterinary drug residues. Built‑in self‑built spectral libraries and PDF report export make it widely applicable in customs, public security, pharmaceuticals, and food safety inspection.
- ATR3000 Portable Raman Spectrometer
Designed for field operations, the ATR3000 utilises an ultra‑sensitive TE‑cooled FFT‑CCD detector and low‑noise circuitry, offering exceptionally low stray light. Equipped with an 11.6‑inch multi‑touch screen and Windows 10 operating system, it features powerful algorithms for fluorescence background removal, peak finding, and mixture analysis. With LAN remote control, USB 2.0 data transfer, and a battery life of >3 hours, the system comes in an IP‑67 rugged case – suitable for bioscience, pharmaceutical engineering, forensic analysis, agricultural and food safety, gemology, and environmental science in both laboratory and field settings.
- ATR1600 Ultra‑Miniature Raman Identifier (Special Interest)
As Optosky’s latest 5th‑generation ultra‑miniature system, the ATR1600 weighs only 210 g and fits easily into a pocket for one‑handed operation. The companion Android APP incorporates advanced Raman recognition algorithms and a pre‑loaded standard spectral library of over 20,000 substances, supporting mixture detection and user‑built libraries. Via Bluetooth 4.1, it connects to a smartphone for one‑touch operation, delivering results within seconds and exporting PDF reports. The built‑in lithium battery lasts 4–6 hours, and the device is rated IP‑65 for dust/water resistance. Applications include hazardous chemical screening at high‑speed rail/metro/BRT entrances, rapid pharmaceutical raw material identification, food safety testing, gemstone authentication, industrial material sorting, cultural relic identification, mineral screening, and police narcotics enforcement.
The ALTI GROUP delegation showed strong interest in the ATR1600’s extreme portability and powerful identification capabilities, recognising its great potential for mobile security inspection and on‑site law enforcement in Russia.
04 Deepening Cooperation for a Shared Future
Against the backdrop of Optosky’s growing influence in the Russian market, both parties reached consensus on several collaboration directions, leveraging ALTI GROUP’s extensive governmental and industrial resources alongside Optosky’s technological innovation:
- Customised product development and certification tailored to the Russian market;
- Joint local technical support and after‑sales training;
- Collaborative participation in national‑level security and industrial inspection projects in Russia.
Optosky will provide full technical services including spectral library building, method validation, and IQ/OQ/PQ verification, ensuring an excellent user experience for partners and end‑users.
This Sino‑Russian engagement is not merely a business advancement but a vivid example of technological exchange in high‑end instrumentation and public safety. Optosky remains committed to its mission of innovation, reliability, and professionalism, delivering superior products and services to global partners and contributing Chinese wisdom to worldwide public security and industrial upgrading.
