We are delighted to share an important milestone in our international partnership journey. Recently, Optosky Photonics Inc. had the great honour of welcoming a distinguished delegation from LabIndia Instruments Pvt. Ltd. , one of India’s largest and most trusted manufacturers and distributors of analytical instruments, to our R&D Center in Changsha, China.

01 A Legacy of Excellence Meets Innovation

Established in 1981, LabIndia has over four decades of experience delivering high‑precision analytical solutions to the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and chemical industries across India and beyond. Their visit to our Changsha facility marked a significant step in deepening the technical exchange and mutual trust between our two organisations.

02 A Productive Visit That Shifted Perspectives

During the visit, the LabIndia team toured our R&D laboratories, witnessed our advanced spectrometer manufacturing processes, and engaged in in‑depth technical discussions with our engineering team.

Optosky, founded in 2015 by Dr. Liu Hongfei – an internationally recognised spectroscopy expert and Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences – has grown into a national‑level “Specialised and Innovative” key “Little Giant” enterprise in China’s high‑end spectral analysis instrument sector. Our Changsha R&D centre, staffed by 53 engineers dedicated to industrial spectrometer design, left a strong impression on our visitors.

We are pleased to report that the client’s attitude showed a notable positive shift following the comprehensive factory tour and technical presentations. The hands‑on demonstrations of our handheld Raman spectrometer series genuinely showcased Optosky’s technological prowess and manufacturing capabilities.

03 Long‑Term Handheld Raman OEM Cooperation on the Horizon

The most exciting outcome of this visit is that LabIndia has formally proposed a long‑term OEM cooperation for handheld Raman spectrometers. This reflects their confidence in Optosky’s product quality, R&D strength, and ability to deliver customised solutions.

As a company with over 70 intellectual properties and 20+ innovative patents, Optosky is well‑positioned to provide world‑class OEM services backed by 20 years of spectroscopy expertise.

Currently, both parties are actively engaged in discussions and confirmation of detailed cooperation terms, including product specifications, customisation requirements, quality assurance protocols, and supply chain arrangements. We are optimistic that this partnership will not only strengthen Optosky’s presence in the Indian market but also bring advanced, cost‑effective Raman spectroscopy solutions to LabIndia’s extensive customer base across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and industrial quality control.

This visit marks a new chapter in the Optosky‑LabIndia relationship.
