      Strengthen water quality testing and monitoring: Integrated urban-rural water supplies and large-scale projects should adopt water quality testing equipment, establish laboratories, or utilize third-party services for comprehensive self-testing.

       Intensify inspections of small, centralized, and decentralized rural water supply projects.

       For eligible rural water supply projects, encourage the use of online water quality monitoring.

    4. Establish and Optimize Long-Term Rural Water Supply Operation and Management Systems
