Product Introduction | ATP5000 Series Cooled Spectrometer Sensor
Product Overview
The ATP5000 series products are high-performance Cooled Spectrometer Sensor by Optosky.
ATP5000 series offers two cooling methods. One uses a high-sensitivity back-illuminated cooled CCD array (with a minimum cooling temperature of -10ºC). The other employs a TEC (Thermoelectric Cooling) circuit with a linear CMOS detector, offering a minimum cooling temperature of -5ºC.
Both cooling methods significantly reduce the sensor's dark current and noise, improving the spectrometer's dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio (with the cooled back-illuminated CCD providing superior signal-to-noise performance). These cooling options enhance the spectrometer's environmental adaptability.

Measured spectral lines(ATP5020P & ATP5200 ):
ATP5200R is specially designed to enhance the response rate for infrared light, improving its performance in the infrared range. In the >500nm wavelength range, the ATP5200R offers higher response rates, while the ATP5200P performs better in the <500nm range.
Differences between ATP5200 and ATP5020
In the figure, the data of the mercury-argon lamp is measured by both the ATP5200P and ATP5020P under the same measurement conditions. The green line represents the measured spectrum of the ATP5200P, and the blue line represents the measured spectrum of the ATP5020P. From the graph, it can be seen that the sensitivity of the ATP5200P is more than twice as high as that of the ATP5020P.
