    A Comprehensive Guide to Using the Instrument  
    The ATE5300 full-spectrum multi-parameter water quality monitoring station is a highly integrated, extractive-style micro water quality monitoring station. It consists of a cabinet, sensor analysis unit, water sampling unit, sample retention unit, and data acquisition and transmission system. The monitoring parameters can be customized based on client requirements, and signal output supports RS485, NB-IoT, 4G, 5G, etc., to meet various application scenarios.  
    This station features a small footprint, no need for land acquisition, flexible installation, short construction period, and low cost. It enables real-time online monitoring of multiple parameters and is designed to meet the high density, high frequency, and low-cost demands in applications such as environmental protection, water resources, and water management.

    • The body is made of 304 stainless steel, providing corrosion and heat resistance, excellent plasticity, and strong weldability.  
    • The cabinet has a thickness of 1.2 mm stainless steel and includes an internal insulation layer to maintain sample quality without requiring additional air conditioning.  
    • Simple structure: the equipment box adopts a pull-out design for easier maintenance.  
    • Monitoring modules have reserved expansion slots for additional parameters as needed by customers.

    Site Selection Reference Factors  
    • Sunlight Conditions: For solar power supply, select open areas free of obstructions such as buildings, bridges, retaining walls, trees, mountains, or cliffs. For dim areas without sunlight, choose a 220V AC power supply.  
    • Distance to Water Source: The equipment placement point is recommended to be within 20 meters of the water sampling area.  
    • Communication Conditions: Basic network signal availability is required to ensure stable two-way data transmission.  
    Main Function Descriptions  
    • The device and intelligent control system operate through a cloud management platform.  
    • Default water sample testing interval: 60 minutes per test.  
    • If monitoring data is within the threshold range, water in the tank is automatically discharged after a set time. If data exceeds the set threshold, the platform triggers an alarm and starts sample retention via the intelligent control system, saving samples in bottles A and B sequentially.  
    • Water Sampling Device: Equipped with a single-pump system and dual-pipeline sampling (one primary, one backup). A cross-filter screen and liquid level probe are added at the sampling point to prevent large particles/suspended matter from entering. The pump operates at a depth of 50-100 cm below the water surface to avoid sediment intake.
