01 Project Overview
User: Administrative Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade of Xuzhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone
Application: Methane leak alarms, early warning for remote gas monitoring platforms.
Urban gas distribution networks are extensive and often run through utility tunnels, long plagued by issues such as numerous detection blind spots, slow response times, and high false alarm rates. Traditional manual inspection methods are inefficient and lack reliability in complex weather conditions or during night operations. Furthermore, some conventional monitoring equipment is susceptible to interference from dust, moisture, etc., leading to false alarms or missed detections, making it difficult to meet the smart supervision requirements of “multi-point deployment, high-frequency inspection, and 24/7 operation.”
Adhering to the construction principle of "centralized development and shared results," the Xuzhou High-Tech Zone's Smart Gas Safety Platform builds upon the existing achievements of the zone's safety industry application demonstration project. Following the overall framework of Jiangsu Province's Urban Lifeline Safety Construction Project, it focuses on the entire process of gas safety supervision, aiming to enhance and upgrade specific gas-related aspects. Based on a unified plan and phased implementation, the project prioritizes monitoring the underground adjacent spaces of gas pipelines and pressure regulating cabinets/boxes in densely populated areas and key zones within its jurisdiction. Embodying a "comprehensive supervision + smart monitoring" dual-linkage approach, it deepens the application of gas safety measures.

Through the bulk deployment of GF200 monitors, the project has established an "intensive sensing network" covering key nodes such as pressure regulating cabinets, gas wells, and communication wells, providing the entire gas system with stable, efficient, and all-weather risk perception capabilities.
Currently, this batch of equipment has been deployed and is operating stably, providing strong support for the efficient operation of the Xuzhou High-Tech Zone's Smart Gas Safety Platform. The underground space monitoring network built by the GF200 enables the platform to achieve second-level early warning responses, instantly pushing notifications for abnormal gas concentration fluctuations, significantly enhancing the capability to prevent gas accidents.

A clean Raman spectrum? It starts with the right filter. Without a good filter, even the best laser can't save your data. High OD, steep edge, proper wavelength matching — that's how you block Rayleigh and reveal real Raman signals. Don't let stray light ruin your peaks.
